Step-by-step

Add or update your payment method

  1. Sign in at ads.tiktok.com.
  2. Open Billing → Payment Methods.
  3. Click Add payment method and enter your card.
  4. Set as Primary and Save.

Control spend

Set a daily budget & limits

  • At the Campaign level, pick a daily budget.
  • At the Ad Group level, you can set tighter budget controls.
  • Optional: set account limits in Billing if available.
KBR Tip: Start small, then scale in 10–20% steps once results are steady.
Invoices

Find and download invoices

  1. Go to Billing → Transaction History.
  2. Pick the month → click Download (PDF).
Using multiple accounts? Confirm the correct Business Center and ad account from the top selector.
Troubleshooting

Common billing issues

  • Payment failed: Update card → click Retry.
  • Ads paused: Card expired/declined — replace or add backup.
  • No access: Ask the admin for Billing permissions in Business Center.
