Billing Setup — Snapchat Ads

Step-by-step

Add or update your payment method

  1. Sign in at ads.snapchat.com.
  2. Click your account name → Billing & Payments.
  3. Select Payment methodsAdd payment method.
  4. Enter your card and set as Primary.
  5. Click Save.

Control spend

Budgets & billing

  • Set daily budgets at the campaign or ad set level.
  • Snapchat charges automatically at a threshold or monthly.
  • Invoices/receipts live in BillingTransactions.
KBR Tip: Start small; scale in 10–20% steps once results are stable.
Invoices

Find and download invoices

  1. Open BillingTransactions.
  2. Select month → click Download (PDF).
If you manage multiple ad accounts, confirm the correct account in the top selector.
Troubleshooting

Common billing issues

  • Payment failed: Update card → click Retry.
  • Ads paused: Card expired/declined — replace or add backup.
  • No access: Ask the admin for Billing permissions.
