Step-by-step

Add or update your payment method

  1. Go to Business Settings → Payment methods.
  2. Select your Ad Account (top-left selector).
  3. Click Add payment method and enter your card details.
  4. Set it as Primary.
  5. Click Save.
KBR Tip: Use a business credit card. If it expires, update it here to avoid ad pauses.
Control spend

Set an account spending limit (optional)

  1. In Ads Manager, open Billing (left sidebar).
  2. Click Payment settings.
  3. Find Account spending limit and click Set.
  4. Enter the maximum you want to spend (e.g. $500), then Save.
  5. When you hit the limit, your ads pause until you raise or reset it.
KBR Tip: Great for first month control. Remove later once you’re comfortable.
Invoices

Find and download invoices

  1. Go to Billing → Transactions.
  2. Use the date selector to choose the month.
  3. Click an invoice to view and Download PDF.
If you can’t see billing, you might be in the wrong Business or Ad Account. Use the top-left selector to switch.
Troubleshooting

Common billing issues

  • Payment failed: Update your card, then click Retry on the alert.
  • Ad account paused: Check if you hit your spending limit.
  • Can’t see the settings: Ask your admin to grant Finance Editor or Admin access.
KBR Tip: Keep one active primary card to avoid disruptions. Remove old cards once replaced.
