Why aren’t my ads delivering?
Check that your audience isn’t too narrow, the budget is active, and the schedule hasn’t ended. Loosen targeting (remove one filter) and expand locations if needed.
CTR is low — what can I do?
Test a stronger first line, swap the image, and make the value clear in the first sentence. Call out who it’s for (e.g., “For HR Managers in Auckland”).
Leads are poor quality — how do I fix that?
Tighten job seniority, industry, or company size. If using Lead Gen Forms, add one qualifying question (keep the form short).
My ad was rejected — why?
Common reasons: wording that overpromises, or restricted content. Edit the copy or image as advised in the notice, then resubmit for review.
Should I use Website Visits or Leads objective?
If you need enquiries, choose Leads and try a Lead Gen Form. For traffic/awareness, use Website Visits.
Can I retarget website visitors?
Yes. Install the LinkedIn Insight Tag, then build a Website Audience (e.g., all visitors last 90 days) in Campaign Manager.
How do I contact LinkedIn Ads support?
From Campaign Manager, open the help menu and select support options (availability varies by region).
