Step-by-step
Add or update your payment method
- Open Campaign Manager.
- Click your account name → Billing Center.
- Select Payment methods → Add payment method.
- Enter your card and set as Primary.
- Click Save.

Budgets & billing
- Set daily budgets at the campaign level.
- LinkedIn charges automatically when you reach a threshold or monthly.
- Invoices and receipts live in the Billing Center.

Invoices
Find and download invoices
- In Billing Center, open Transactions/Invoices.
- Choose the month → click Download (PDF).
Managing multiple accounts? Use the top selector to confirm the right account.
Troubleshooting
Common billing issues
- Payment failed: Update card → click Retry.
- Ads paused: Card expired/declined — replace or add backup.
- No access: Ask the admin for Billing permissions.
