Why aren’t my ads showing?

Check if your campaign or ad group is paused. Then confirm budget isn’t exhausted and that your bids and keywords are eligible. Finally, use the Ad Preview & Diagnosis tool to see eligibility without affecting performance.

Clicks but no conversions — what should I do?

Make sure conversion tracking is working (Tools & Settings → Conversions). Review your landing page and forms. Consider adding negative keywords to stop irrelevant clicks.

Disapproved ad — how do I fix it?

Open the ad to see the policy reason. Edit your ad to comply (avoid excessive caps, sensitive claims). If you disagree, request a review after editing.

Why is cost per click high?

Competition may be strong. Try more specific keywords, add negatives, improve ad relevance, and test new ad copy to push up Quality Score.

Billing & access
My payment failed — what now?

Go to Billing → Summary to retry payment and update your card under Settings. Ads resume after the balance is cleared.

I can’t see billing or edit budgets.

You might not have the right permissions. Ask the account admin to give you Billing or Admin access in the account’s users settings.

How do I contact Google Ads support?

From the help icon in the top-right of Google Ads, choose Contact us to chat or request a call (availability varies by region).
